How usage is measured
Clear pricing prevents surprises after the trial.
Processed message
Messages sent or received in conversations processed by the platform. Internal tests, pre-flight, technical logs, and system/admin messages do not count.
Active contact
A unique person who interacted with your company during the month. If they talk several times, it counts once.
After the trial
Choose Starter, Growth, or Pro. If you do not purchase, access becomes limited after the safety period.
